Throttle body synch
I know how notorious the old kz was, and I'm sure it was because of the mechanical
linkage, but Im curious about your experience with the 12 throttle bodies.....as far as
observations concerning synchronization stability

I havent put the merc manometer on mine and I dont have the cool 90 deg adjusting

this procedure.

I sync them at every 4-8k km. Usually they aren't much off, but syncing them keeps the engine just a little bit smoother... If You haven't done it You ca't say if it helps or not. It's the same thing as with valve clearances the engine works even if You don't check it by You still want to do it!

if you dragrace, the sync will be better for a smother launch. maintaining a smooth stall rpm, and the cranckshaft is more balanced with the same power on each journal.

Does anybody know why the pipes that you hook the vac gauges up to (right hand ones as you sit on the bike) have larger bores on the outer throttle bodies than the inner throttle bodies ?
