The LAN side of your router is the same as any ethernet hub with 4 ports. Your printer does not have a LAN port. Your scanner probably doesn't either.
What exactly are you trying to do? If you want to share your scanner and printer between two PC across the network that is very easy to do but you wouldn't connect them to the router to do it.
If you have the printer installed on computer 1 you can share it across the network so computer 2 can use it to print.

The BEFSR41 doesn't have native support for a printer or a scanner. I have one of those boxes and switched to the BEFW11P1 to allow wireless access and the native print server. RR is right printer sharing is easy across systems if you have one that you want to use as a host for the device, but a scanner may be a little more tricky. You can also use a print sharing device that has an ethernet connection to share it, but I'm not sure what your ultimate goal or you budget is. If you want a quick answer to your questions, it's no. But there are many options that may get you where you want to be.
