BUG FOUND!
got to the mainpage http://bikeland.webasyst.com/board/index.php at the bottom it says "featured member" and last member to join... click on their names takes you to the terms of service instead of their profile
ALSO GO TO the memberlist... this happnes within that as well

This also prevents you from editing your own profile. When you make a change and click on submit you are sent to the TOS page.

Yeah it does seem to be much faster than the old site. This I like.
