Clutch problem

I am hoping somebody on here has seen this problem before and can offer some help. Problem is the clutch puller shaft is pulling through the actuator arm. I am running stock springs in the clutch and I have gone throught several actauator arms in the last two months. I have replace every bearing in the clutch cover and clutch assembly. I make sure the clutch is adjusted per the manual. Has anyone seen or had this problem. What is the fix?

Probably a stack height problem in that the puller actuator arm angle isn't correct.

My clutch stack height measures 57.5mm ( spec is 56.8 to 57.6). Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Hi,

Is it a standard clutch setup or lock up.

If it's standard, check the puller rod head. It must have a sharp square edge on the back of the head. Any wear, replace it.

There should be a washre under the actuator arm on the top entry to the cover. Make sure it's there.

Let me know??

Wolf.
