RPM activated 2 way switch????

Hey guys i have an idea, (scary i know)
but here it goes.
I'd like a Rpm switch that would work the horn a say 7k and below and work the shifter above that. There would be no need to turn shifter on/off. (7k rpm is an example)
If you were over 7K on the street the horn won't help you.
If you under 7k on the track a shift won't help you.
I hate it when i'm leading the race and beeeeep to let the other guy know i'm testing my rev limiter.
Electrical Guys, can it be done? If so i'm ther first customer.
