Suspention settings

I know alot of you guys drag your 12's, but I donot and just wondered what sorts of settings you guys have that ride on the roads most of the time.
My 12 is a 2001 with stock settings and I am planning a couple of two's up trips away this year so might need to sort the suspension out.

I am a 225lb's and the mrs will be about 180 ish.

Thanks guys

I don't remember my setting without a back up but it's almost full rebound on back and maybe 1/3 - 1/4back for compression. Up front it's also almost full rebound and maybe 2/5 back on compression. And set Your preload so that the sag is good (35-45mm on front and 25-40mm on back.) If Your riding with a passanger go full on rebound front and back and almost full on compression on back. My is '00 model so Your suspension may vary but as I see that Your bike is also quite old I'd say You should really change the front fork oils and get the rear shock serviced because they have definatly lost their best performance. You'll be really surprised after the service - it feels like completely new bike - that is if the suspension isin't serviced before.
