Regardless whether he had the snorkel or not, and believe me, I wish I had 500 bucks to get one,...but MORE POWER equates to MORE MPH numbnuts. Extended arms and good 330's are the key to better ET's on non-nitrous, non-turbo bikes.  {{{{{{{laughing,and shaking head....}}}}}}

The Snorkel was NOT on the bike for the 9.18 run...
If things go "smooth" tomorrow teching in and getting the new tire on the bike I plan to put the snorkel on before the first run...we'll see...

I can't help but wonder if Hans is aware of how many potential buyers of the "Monster Snorkel" NinjaWarrior is sending away! This guy is KILLING the sales on the snorkel due to his constant bullshit marketing hype posts. [IMHFO!!]

I talked to Hansd and ordered a M snorkle almost 2 weeks ago?????? He was VERY informative and helpful, but WHERE IS MY MONSTER SNORKLE???
I wanted it in time for a top end duel I am having with a built Busa tomorrow am. Without the snorkle, the only secret weapon I will have is my innate skill. This means I am in deep shit.

...I hear ya', entropy...same thing happened to me when I ordered my hugger...paid for it and waited almost three weeks (mabey more...it was awhile back) to get it...Hans, you may be a swell guy and your products may be top notch, but what's up with the production and delivery time?...please keep us informed so that we know what kind of delays to expect...ninjadildo's (thanks, harry) super-hype makes this even more frustrating and intolerable...what's going on?...I want to order more stuff, but I want to know that the stuff I pay for will be shipped out within 48 hours or at least keep us informed of delays...thanks...

The damn thing works, and say what you will, I would have never heard about the Monster Snorkle, let alone thought twice about it, without the one voice out there that didn't sound like it was out of junior high school --- good ole ninjawarrior. Carbon Bob once in a while crawls out of the woodwork to disclaim knowing who ninjawarrior is, let alone give him a bit of credit for posting info about Bob's product on the boards..... and Hans? He makes beautiful stuff, no doubt about it, and it actually works, but you can't say he ever does much talking about it to you or me......... would any of you who own a Monster Snorkle right now have gone to the trouble of getting one if this ninjawarrior guy hadnt been blowing his horn about how cool it is?? Yeah, me neither. Stop being such assholes. If you can't afford one, ask ole Carbon Bob to set you up with a sample to try out.... How can kcadby own one when he can't pay the phone bill? I smell sample.... a freebie he didn't even put on his bike! There's gratitude! And then he trashes the Pushy Salesman! So much for any respect I had for you, kcadby..... I take my 12 out on empty roads in Montana, and let the Monster growl.......AND LOVE IT.... I'm listening to her in my barn tonight, wishing it was April...

Helen- you seem to know alot about the whole situation for someone who only has 2 posts...:
I have seen Hans carbon pieces and thought they all looked great! I had already bought mine from Blaise in Lauderdale for more money. I was planning on doing the snorkle to go with my 1270 motor.
when I first saw Kevin's snorkle .... the first thing I asked "Is that the prototype snorkle?" Nope .... then I looked at Harry's snorkle and it looked the same.
I dont like the way the Monstor snorkle looks. In the internet pictures, it looks great but it looks rough and unfinished in person. the inside isnt finished off. it looks like bare carbon .....you see the inside of the snorkle more than you see the outside,,,, so why not finish it. It would look much nicer if it had been finished all the way..
wouldnt airflow be better if the inside was also finished?? was cost the issue??
I like the idea of more power but dont want a UGLY snorkle..

The ONLY reason I didn't post more about the intake after my testing was because I didn't agree with how NinjaMouth...helen??? was going about posting about it...and talking down to the people that I have come to know/like/respect on the boards...

I didn't install (for free) the "production model" we got as soon as we got it because my priorities HAD to change after I spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME on this FOR FREE project...
I got...not ONE DIME or PART out of this deal...I just got the satisfaction of knowing I helped my friend with HIS bike and hopfully give some good info about a GOOD product to the people on the boards that HAVE helped ME with info on the ZX12s...

Unless Ninjawarriorzx1200r has started cross-dressing on us, we oughta give helenwheels the benifit of the doubt. Her (his?) profile states her occupation is "Cow Girl". That'd be a pretty bold move out of the closet... even for Ninjawarriorzx1200r, wouldn't you think? I know if you talked that kinda smack to ZX12 Girl or msninja (where is she, BTW?), they'd bitch slap you boys into the next county.
As for our delightful new member, I see that you have already become well aware that little slack is cut in these quarters. Tough and suspicious would be a severe understatement in describing this lot. As for we knowing each other, I think you'd be surprised on how well many of us REALLY do know each other. Not just in what is shared on these boards and e-mails, but between the two Deal's Gap events and the Laguna Seca event, many of us have actually met in person. At worst, there is less then 3 degrees of seperation between over 60% of the board's members.
So to answer your question of us really knowing each other, the answer is a simple yet firm, YES... we do. That, by no stretch of the imagination, means that we are closed minded to new members. Quite the opposite, actually. Still, becoming an active member does have an unwritten right of passage. It verys from member to member, but it still exists. It's really quite simple, if your existence is in doubt and you are accused of being a current member under another name, just post a pic. Any pic will do.
Judging from you claimed gender, I doubt if any of these testosterone filled yahoos will dare claim that that pic belongs to their alter ego. No matter how altered their ego may be. A tall request? Most likely. Still, it will easily put to rest any question of your identity. For example, here is a pic of me either deep in thought or wishing I had had found the bathroom earlier...

... this forum is supported by company's that sell products riders here purchase. Please refrain from "selling" products on this site....
We would all appreciate it much more (esp us at admin who are trying to cover the bills) if you simply had your people purchase a banner ad to support this forum, advertising this product, allowing people to view it on their own, and also in turn helping pay for some of the bandwidth that this post has taken up....

I am a woman, I am in Montana. I am not now nor never have been ninjawarrior. I don't know him, or kcadby, and don't care to meet either of them. But I have to admit they are interesting, and as you can see, I like to see the fur fly, too.
I have no means of sending pictures over the internet... I am just mastering the words part. I spend all my money on my 2000 zx12r. And anyway, I am more mysterious this way.
