I found one of them there M61A3 20mm cannons and it's still got it's ammo drum too!

Hmm...You do the math: 1 F16 price tag, divided by 1 LT's pay... Man, it's a good thing that they don't let you sell your kids into indentured servitude anymore! His greatgreatgreat grandkids would be paying for that plane!

what always gets me, and this pic really drives it home, is all the composites they use on these places. u just kinda assume cause they'r planes, fighter palnes at that, and gotta go into combat etc, that they'd be made of steel & aluminium. but u can sure see the fiber nature of the planes on the busted wing & tailfin.

we had a guy that failed out of flight school, but he refused to put the brown shoes away.
then again he was a complete loser, good hting he DID fail out he woulda been the one that caused such a crash, killed the other guy, and walked away. only to repeat it again a month later
of course they are gonna put this smae moron in charge of a nuclear submarine some day....hopefully his crew is smarter than he is.

I saw a sub come back from Autec with a MK48 exercise stuck through the sail - that was kinda interesting....
