Question, Muzzy Ti and Stainless Headers???

Are the diameters of the headers exactly the same for a Muzzy Titanium header compared to a Muzzy Stainless header???...Can you use a Ti mid pipe with a Stainless header and vise versa???

Not so fast. I think the wall thicknesses are different on the Ti and Stainless. The pipes are swedged from the I.D. So the I.D. of a Ti mid, which would need to slip over a stainless header will not be correct.

Shouldn't matter Doug because ALL tubing is sized by the OD not the ID. The heavier wall material will just have to be swedged more since it still has to slip OVER the OD which is the same reguardless of Alloy. NOW if your slipping one inside the other without the swedging operation you would have a problem.

They will fit. Same wall on the SS and Ti.
Gunner you're right, but I think on some applications the collector outlets are re-sized.
Sorry I missread the sarcasm ZX
