Need some advice
Hello everyone? Here's my problem. I brought my bike new in 05. The last time I rode her was in Nov of 05. Brought it in July.With my job and customizing my bike I almost have her ready. I put a full stainless Muzzy system on her, replace the stock filter with a k&n plus a power commander to boot. Before I go any father with this I kept my bike crank every month since it was down. I down loadedthe map off the power command web site. Before the up grades I just turn the key and she would fire up. But now I have to choke her before she cranks for at least a minute. The when she idle the rpm is up and down and then it level off.
Should I remap it?
Get it tuned by a dealer?
Run it without the pc?
or anything else I could not think of?

That lever is not a choke. It is a fast idle stop to help the bike idle when cold.
The rule of thumb is, when something doesn't work, undo tha last change you made. So, take the PC out of the system and see what happens.

The Muzzy pipe is very open with little back pressure . It will change the way your bike starts it runs.
Hold a shop towel loosely over the tailpipe when you start it.
Next Idle it up a little to see if you like it better.
