Another option is go here and download a dyno run viewer...
Then have the shop email you the run file... And you can share you results with all.... Just send them the file you can see entire run and fuel ratios and all info...... I have my 213.7 run on file...... I send it to anyone wanting to view it... Heres the link....

Red is before the custom map, blue is after. I'll have the dyno files shortly, they're being emailed to me.
This is an '02 with a Muzzys pipe.

Kaw Man, Performance Psycle is in Knoxville, TN. Chris does a good job and is careful with the bike during the tuning.
Crotch, Full Muzzys exhaust and a PCIII, not an R. It does have a Muzzys timing advancer on it though. The only other thing is K&N filters.

could you post SAE corrected numbers? If those are SAE #s Iam wondering how you got nearly 100 tq from a 1200 cc displacement motor???

Iboomalot, please refer to the side of the chart!
That is SAE corrected! What did you think it was? STD? That's why Dynojet puts the correction factor on the side of it's graphs.
I don't see why you doubt a 1198cc motor with just minor modifications wouldn't be capable of 100 ft/lbs. or more. I have seen several 12Rs with filters, pipe and a PCIIIR (or PCIII + advancer) get 100~102 ft/lbs. on several different DJ250 dynos (run by very competent operators). It's not like they are use lower smoothing factors either.
Just ask Harry what the numbers were on his '00 with filter. Akro, PCIII and a advancer.
So... what is there to doubt?

Hey Dave...
What was your '02 12 @ stock? Was it higher than your other 12?

So... what is there to doubt?
boyz, boyz, boyz... simmer down now, We all know that there are inexplicably high and low dyno readings out there.
Muzzy advertises 210hp for its stroker and yet of the 5 motors I have heard of no one is getting near 210. Is Muzzy exaggerating??? I don't think so, its just dyno dependant. Or maybe its area dependant? Who knows what it is, but hp results vary, don't they?
The important thing is the amount of improvement. If you want to know the REAL hp look at mph in the 1/4 mi. Of course the weather & elevation do have an influence
Red,
are you ever going to bring yr bike down to Sabin in Dallas? I am going back in late June with my "improvements" and just map out 80% and WOT. It would be good to meet you and smoke a few cigs!

e-mail me at adcraft@cei.net and let's set a date. If I don't get off my ass and get down there, I'll have over 40K miles on the bike. From what I understand, Dynojet has a new way of remapping the PCIII with the DJ250 that doesn't require all the time it used to. Have you heard anything about this?

40,000 mi!!!! How many tires have you burned up???
I haven't heard anything about new ways to map, but then I haven't been paying close attention.
I'll email you when my motor is out of surgery and ready for Sabin; prob 3rd, 4th week Jun. I wanna try 12.7, 13.0, 13.2 A/F settings, see what it does to hp at the high end.

I think Red is referring to the tuning link software.
Red, does your bike ever see the high end ?

Sure it does! All the time! ... on the race stands or if I miss a shift!
Entropy, I only have 32K miles on it right now. I'll be lucky to have 34K by the end of June.
