I just came back from dyno solutions with the new pipe.I was checking out the BMW's next door when John came out with a big grin.He said my bike really liked the new pipe as I had a 20hp increase from the Ti-Force.He said only had to change the map slightly over the old map.Forgot to ask about duty cycle on the injectors.

20 hp OVER the Ti-Force, so what did the Ti-Force pipe give???. The Ti-Force is a good pipe, so I would guess 13-15 horsepower, that would be like 35 horsepower over stock, with the Pro Pipe I would like to see that...

! had 179hp with the ti-force and it jumped to 199/113 with the Muzzy.i believe some of it I can contribute to having the injectors cleaned. With only 300lbs.,it jump to 225/125 on spray.Power is dropping off around 11,000.

When the pro pipe was first introduced, I tried and tried for months on this site to get dyno results, and this is the only results I could find:
"Race Cams : power went from approx. 203 hp to 207.3 hp
Pro Pipe : power went from 207.3 hp to 208.4 hp"
Thanks,
I even called Muzzy, and was informed that I would be better of with their standard ti pipe for the 12. Now, after Muzzy quit making em, we're hearing 20 hp over a ti-force system. That really frosts my cookies

not to get discouraged Megabyte,as I said I also had the injectors cleaned. This maybe more of a wake up call to have their injectors cleaned. It might also be that my cam settings(103/105)are conducive more to the Muzzy.Muzzy says their pipe is for higher spinning motors,so I can probably find some more power if wanted.
I posted the power as I was excited more from getting the bike
up there than a comparison of the 2 pipes.179 is an indication of something amiss with a 1426 in my book.I loved the sound and look of the Ti-Force so I'm not knocking the pipe
ZXLNT-My bike was 156 with a slip on and they stress the pipe is not for a stock bike.Dyno solutions said he had to change the map slightly so the fueling was about the same for what it is worth.Trying not to be deceptive.

Yah but I only do test and tune with no license, maybe this year. Please don't embarass me by asking my times,I suck at launching! I'm somewhere around 255lb.
I kind of wish it would rev higher than 11g especially with this pipe.

Since I wrote that description for the pipe when I was there, I feel confident in saying that it is an accurate description of what the intended use of that pipe is. It is designed to help get the most out of an otherwise well assembled race engine combination without attention to low speed performance and driveability (not that there is a problem with that). The bigger it is and the higher you rev it, the more benefit you get.

Y2KZX12R-haven't touched the timing since you degreed them, same stock cams.John says the bike tps doesn't register until into the second block on the map.He says the tps could be out of whack and I need my tb syncronized.he is pretty sure that is why I am fouling plugs down low.

Can the Muzzy Pro pipe be used on the street with 12.9 to 1 compression, extended rev limiter and a race intake came?

pete, once you have the idle speed you want, set the tps voltage. then calibrate the power commander in the software.
