I bought a set for the Later Model but did not know they fit! Your Bike is a 1999 or 2000 1100??
I know the 1200 had them but not the 1100

Mines a 2000 model Vincent.
I never was pleased with the way the actuator rod was routed for the internal waste gate........and this one is adjustable for more boooooost!
I'm gonna find out how much a stock bottom end can handle :-)

Having my motor done by ACE PERFORMANCE..
1287cc JE Pistons @ 13.3:1 CR
Megacycle Intake cam
3 angle Valve job
Head Porting
Balanced rods, pistons, crank (by Falicon)
Undercut Transmission w/ upgraded shiftforks and heavy duty C-clip
12,300 rpm extension
Short velocity stacks
Akra Evo exhaust
Looking to make 196-200rwhp SAE Naturally Aspirated and 235-240rwhp on Nitrous.
Ton of other mods done to the actual bike in terms of weight, ram air, wheels, aerodynamics, etc...
Should be finished (hopefully) by the end of this month..... we'll see how it does in the 9/10th's and Maxton this year.

Karl, what is the ECU mod? Does it work for the ecu on the '04/'05 ZX-12R's?

DaveO's ECU mod increases the rev limiter by 5%, i.e. 11.6 to 12.2.
I've had it done as have many many other 12 and Busa owners. My reason is for protection against going into the limiter.
don't know if it works for 04/05 12's; you should prolly give Dave a call.

Entropy- Yes, already had Dave do the ECU mod, went with Carpenter HD valve springs to handle the bigger cam and extra RPM.
stef12rr- I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to say, perhaps something was lost in translation? Anyway, I had my crank just BALANCED, not lightend. Make sure when you send Falicon the crank, you have the flywheel on there too, it also needs to be balanced with the crank. I chose to keep the stock weight of the B model crank (approx. 3 pounds heavier than the A model crank) simply for the smoother spool up and less engine braking that could upset the chassis when chopping the throttle at over 200mph. What many people forget is that engine characteristics is almost as important as engine output.
I'm also keeping the counterbalancer in the bike... I'd rather have a perfectly smooth motor than the extra 3rwhp and all that vibration, my bike is very much a daily driver.

magzx12r- The 00-03 ECU's are 16-bit.... the 04-05's are 32-bit ecu's. If the 32-bit ECU on the ZX-12R is anything like the Busa's 32-bit ECU (later model busa's)... the RPM's can not be increased as much.
