Im about 140 miles from your shop. What's the cost of dyno time and do you have a waiting
list.

Mr. Cheese no longer has a shop for the Dyno, but is looking around for a spot.

Thanks TRN for the info....I have read that he is one of the top guys with the 12. I just thought that I would start with a post ... kinda a first step...If I just sit and wonder I will never get anything done....I think I will try the guys in Ft Worth that I talked to today.
A base line dyno run for 30.00 sounds like a place to start.

Was that Cycle Werks in Ft. Worth? If it is, you should be pleased. I've had very good work performed by them each time I've been there.

Hey Texas 12R- I'm in the process of installing my PC3 USB. Let me know how your visit goes. I am interested in before/after dyno runs and a possible custom map if the generic map doesn't perform well.

I just got home, but I dont know how to post the actual print out of the figures.
the max hp was 157.31 and fairly staight from 10k to 11.5k rpm
max torque 88.62 also fairly straight from 7k to 9k rpm
and my main focus ...a/f ratio looks like a one size fits all....but not so wild that
it is notoriously lean anywhere.
This was done on a dynojet research machine and they have the ideal base for
a/f ratio at 13 just for reference....or that is what it appears to be
so at a glance it looks like the factory map is not all that bad....But
it can be improved upon!....I plan on installing the pc3usb with a dynojet map
for the full muzzy. I will give those #s when I do that pull.....Michael

Michael- I am assuming that your 12 is "stock". My baseline run will be with BMC street filters and a full Akra system. Would you recommend this shop ?

Yes......It will cost $30.00 to do the pull ....to me that is very reasonable to find real
numbers to compair effects of pipe ,air filters or other mods.
The bike is stock only mod is muzzy full system..

robertinargyle... It would be best to call in and make sure the dyno is open...Scott said he sometimes has projects that take several hours...Just a note to keep you from riding to the shop just to wait for it to open up
