Some have requested results.
Last spring was my first attmpt at Goliad to break 200 MPH. I ran 180 MPH. My bike was set for drag racing and was too long. I could feel the tire spinning some from 150 up due to not enough weight on it. The gearing was changed but not enough-etc. etc. I learned a lot though.
This year I over compensated in some areas and did not compensate quite enough in others. I made the bike too short and couldn't keep the front wheel on the ground in first and second except by seriously modulating the throttle. The gearing was changed but not quiet enough. 200 MPH would have been possible but periously close to the rev limiter and I didn't want to be there on spray. I ran 198.3 MPH.
I know now what to do this spring and expect to pick up 8 to 10 MPH then. 200 MPH in 1 mile is difficult and takes a lot of learning, thought and experience. I am confident for next spring.

Yeah, fortunately for me, I was the only one of the group that had modified bikes and also a big shot of nitrous that worked, as I was behind Entropy and Ryan in the NA runs.
NITROUS ROCKS

Buddy was rocking for sure!!!! Can't wait till next time in March! Hope we can give him a little competition.
Mr. Hill the big guy sitting on the green ZX-12 with checkered blue and silver lower section is my brother. He was helping to unload. I am the guy standing behind that same bike with a black shirt and a skeleton riding a motorcycle on it. My bro is about 6" taller and a hundred or so heavier than my 255.

Good Picture! I also saw the Pic of the run and you may also have to make a TFA Gas tank like I have so you can get a LOT Lower on the bike! Then after the racing, put the stock stuff back on!

I am working on a tfa gas tank myself. I was at pheonix racing today and they had an alum 1 gallon that looked the part for sure.
Does anyone know where to get a nice low seat pan for a b model 12. Cf or fiber would be acceptable. I havent seen any that werent attatched to a tail.
Any help is appreciated.
