Hmmmm....
I believe I'd have dirt tracked the ol' Taurus below the white line.  Looks like he had enough room, then again he probably just said "OH SHIT" and freaked out when he saw the big rig in his lane. Tough call for sure, and definitely the trucker's fault.

My Thoughts
As someone who use to drive a truck, I understand why they are running the gap. But I really think they should not be allowed on the road.

when riding some of the twisties between teh I5 and coast highway in cali last summer, we saw a few motorhomes on those roads. couldnt believe it. there was no way they could safely manuever thru half the turns on those roads.

Those trucks are not alowed through the GAP, there are plenty of signs posted through out... Its faster for them if they cut through the mountain...

luckill most of the cars this weekend were ok, a few pricks here and there but for most part no problems. had this one woman though...
she was an accident waiting to happen, double yellow crossing van...
found straight palce to pass (rather accident behind than in front) and the b*** sped up! a LOT
then had the gumption to honk at me when i finaly got around.
o well, MUCH rather have her behind me.
