I am not even sure that it will grow in Cincinnati.

I smoked that shit through a bong and got a major buzz. 
Seriously I've heard good things about the Zoysia (sp?) grass. I heard it will even over take bermuda grass. Dunno, but I've thought about getting one of those kits where you do the plugs and trying some.

The neighbors won't like it.
That stuff spreads to the neighbors yards whether they want it or not and isn't green long enough in Cincy to get any enjoyment out of it. It has to be in the 50's overnight for it to green up. It may be green from sometime in May through the end of September, the rest of the time it is BROWN.

Good point. They're a good grass for the late spring/summer. The golf course I worked at in Lansing, Kansas used Zoysia grass. During the winter months, it browned. So if you want brown during late fall/winter/early spring in Cinci...
