Help! Bike overheated!

I wish this was going to be a post about how well the bike was riding (cuz it was!) We just picked the bikes up from winter storage.. while there.. the 12 had it's 10K service (valve lash etc)... anyways... got the bike home.. stopped... friggin coolant reservoir is boiling like a kettle... coolant dumps itself out of the overflow.. fan was on for a while, temp gauge showed 3/4 .. nowhere near overheat .. .what gives!>!>!?!

anyways.. they are on their way to pick up the bike (sans any coolant)....

any thoughts.. .I thought pinched hose or nfg temp sender...

I would of bet on an air pocket...

It's almost always that with newer cars and bikes.

I would have said temp sensor on the Radiator.... Mine went bad the first month I had bike....... I put a manual fan switch on now never have to worry about it again.... Sensor goes out flip switch and ride home.... Also flip it on at the strip will help cool it sitting there..... Turn fan on anytime....
