Sell the 12...?

Fuck that! Keep the 12 and just jump on Kiwi's 6 every once in a while for the corners. Cost...nothing!

You could always do the fork and shock on the 12 to make it corner better.

Two completely different kinds of bikes is perfect. My wife has a CBR600F4i. FUN...FUN...FUN! -ZXtra

...keep the 12 and get a used 6 or something similar to satisfy your "small" desires...I think you'll be sorry if you don't have a the power/torque of the 12...I could be wrong, tho...

Fish all I can add is this. I'm thinking about selling my bike also. But because I can't ride it now because of a dislocated shoulder, and I have a major home remodeling project starting in June that should take me through the summer. But I will say this, if I do part with my baby I will be getting a GSXR 1K at the bike show unless Kaw gives me a 10RR. I just love that damn 1K

You know, it's amazing how scared some people are to experiment, or to make any changes to their bike. Ok, take your garden variety 12. Now take 60 lbs off it...Too expensive? How much are you going to lose trading it in? Don't get me wrong, there are some great bikes out there that are much, much lighter than a 12. But before you completely dismiss the 12, think about *HOW* you can make it a better bike.
