Schnitz Adjustable Kickstand

Well, I got my adjustable kickstand from Schnitz racing. Here's a pic of it beside the stock one:

Yep, it's a nice looking unit! Wait till you see the SPECIAL FEATURE !!!

Note the angle of the head of the kickstand, in relation to the shaft. See how the large, unthreaded opening appears in relation to the shaft?

And here's the back side of the head, with the threads in the smaller hole showing, if not particularly clearly. Hang in there, it gets real funny! NOT!!

Here you can see that this is a smaller, threaded opening. Note the angle of the head, and where the bolt for the spring is.

THAT'S RIGHT!! IT'S FUCKING BACKWARDS!!

GODDAMN IT!! WHAT KIND OF FUCKING MORON MILLED THIS!! YOU CAN'T PUT THE BOLT IN FROM THE BACK SIDE, THE FUCKING KICKSTAND SWITCH IS IN THE WAY!!

One last pic showing how it's fucked up. I've vented now, I feel better. But am really certain that half these companys need to take up something more their speed, like golf ball washing, etc...

I had gotten my Billet stand from SpencerCycles...I had gotten a perfect piece!!!

The only 2 things I had to do was take out the adjustable piece and cut the top almost an inch and drill/thread a new hole to make the stand shorter for when it's Slammed!!!

The other mod. was making the ends of the spring shorter...thats it...Looks sweet!!!

I talked with Doug about the adj. sidestand and he said the one he was selling is different than the one Schnitz is selling.I need one as my bike is so tall now that I have to be really careful where I park as it leans over so far.
Sorry about your bad luck swft.

Doug,
do you have these sidestands in stock??

I want one. Can you just use the delivery and billing info I gave you for the PC3r I bought from you a couple weeks ago? Or do I need to call you?
