gearbox problem

hello

have small problem with my gearbox. when on 1st gear and try to run its makeing noises and pulling frequency. not easy to explain but it must be something wrong. sems like it is loseing grar(the noise) but i manage to burn the tyre. i will try to have a run tommrow and see how is it on other gears. is it a gearbos or it just need some regulations? please help

when releasing the clutch just a litlle bit the bike doesnt go smooth but its like tuging plust it makes a noise like the gear wasnt in completly. i can only manage to run it on a 10 m path in my garden and when runing cant acclerate cuz not space there but looks ok its just when set off.
btw the bike was after accident, propably on a track as i got it from ebay but i dont see any damage to the engine, only scratch to the covers

just call a friend and he told me that the tuging efecct is propably because of clutch...
