In straight and level flight... the Blackhawk goes about 180MPH-200MPH (with/without tanks) There are a lot of factors to consider, like Pressure Altitude, winds.. etc.
In a dive the Hawk can go about 220 MPH. Helicopters are fairly slow... but the Blackhawk is one of the fastest.
Of course the fuel burn rate at 180 MPH is about 200 Gallons per Hour!
