dyno tuning in South East

Can anyone recommend someone who can properly dyno tune a 12 in FL or in the South East with proven results?

Side note... just bought the superbike magazine and it included a dvd that showed a company in the uk dyno tuning. They had a ram air blower that blew winds up to 200mph in to the inlet. Does it make sense that this is the only way you could have a properly tuned bike? If you do not force wind/air into the snorkel .. you fuel ratio or whatever else it is that you change will be off ...because you are making changes in an enviorment that your motorcycle will never exist in at speed..? Therefore when you go over 120mph the changes made (on the dyno without forced air) will be incorrect because more are is being forced through the engine. Or am I completely wrong?

The Mapping the ECU has, adjusts to the different Air pressures. All they are trying to do is show you bigger numbers!

Wheelie King did you see where at Elvington in the UK, the wheelie record is now 215 MPH for 1/2 Mile?

That is rediculous. I should change my nick to ...."I try to ride wheelies"......reality is... I suck at riding wheelies on a street bike. I am trying to learn on my CRF450X. I can only do powerwheelies on street or dirt at this point. However, I got my nickname from mountain biking where I can ride wheelies in circles, stop, go, hop, go through the gears.. you name it.. My favorite is high speed wheelies (down hill of course) in top gear. I tried to set a world record several years ago for this. I have video of 40+mph wheelies on my mountainbike. I actually tuck for higher speeds...I offered to show Guiness a 50+mph wheelie and they did not seem to be impressed.. oh well
