Hank's Timing Map or fixed timing across the board?

How was Hank's timing map conceived and does it work equally well on other pipes and setups? Would a 4 or 5 degree timing map across the board be better? I'm obviously too broke and lazy to find dyno time for myself so any input would be welcome.

Good Info!

Tearinitup, thanks! Sounds like this map has been well researched and I'll continue to use it and forgetabout! Knowing your occupation I would gather you know about such matters! Thanks.

What kind of mods was the map built with. The dude on dyno here did nothing with the timing on my bike and think he was a bit sped up (I think you can figure that out). But how do you think it would work for a 12 with PCIIIR and a Akro. Haven't done the Kleen removal.
