Watch out for Schnitz racing! Fuckers screwed up the shipping for my M/T shootout tire, then cancelled the order and sold the tire to someone else! Fuckers! ____________

watch out for running down good folks Swft,
one time blunders happen to all suppliers. Schnitz is IMHO a VERY reputable co and doesn't deserve to be bashed in a public forum on the basis of 1 fukup.
Anyway, you should have ordered the tire from Doug at Spencer; he supports this forum...

Swft Schnitz,has screwed me in the past also.I only use them when I have to.I sent a slick back with the guy that has the R1 on nos.He is up racing this weekend.My electric shifter isn't working worth a shit so it came off and the Muzzy shifter is on the way

I'm not interested in ANY kind of censorship, FULL STOP!
However, running down an honest supplier on the basis of a single, very poorly described event sucks. These are people who feed their kids off of their business, don't fuk with them till they REALLY deserve it.
Anyway, like I said above swft should have gotten the tire off of Doug at Spencer: support those who support the site, n'est-ce pas?

Running down an honest supplier? I'm stating the FUCKING TRUTH. They fucking left voicemail saying they (a) screwed up the shipping and (b) cancelled my order and (c) sold the tire to someone else since it was backordered. So they fucked me, plain and simple.

I have had great luck with them (since '93?).These sights are very powerful tools and before we attack ones livelyhood I believe a phone call to Dave or Ryan would rectify this situation.Just my 2c.

Well, sorry that happened to ya swft!
We have been dealing with Schnitz Racing for almost all of our parts and have never had a problem! They have been just as good as Spencer and Muzzy!!!
Hubby has been dealing with them for years and NO ISSUES!!! I am sure that they can not be perfect and just by chance - it was your order that they screwed up!!!!

given the number of people here who have had consistently good experiences with them, i would think this was an anomoaly, perhaps caused by a new(er) employee or something? if thats the case, then this would be a great chance for them to improve their company by weeding out the problem so it doesnt happen again. certainly it sounds like they should offer to make it right tho. not that they really can since it's already late, but at least they could try.

Hey, this isn't a case of a paperwork foulup. This is a case of them *calling* me and telling me what they did. If the shipping charge was fucked up, then charge the additional amount! If I had a beef with it, I'd dispute the charge. As it was, they absolutely, positively, fucking vindictively did the most hateful, asinine thing they could do to me. Worse that a fucking used car dealer! Shit! Forgive and forget my ass! They can sit and spin on the fucking tire for all I care at this point. They don't need my business, and I don't need their low fucking doubledealing dishonest business!

Gotta love freedom of speech.I hate getting fucked by retailers so you should be able to speak your mind about anyone who fucks you in the ass.I personally have not been fucked by them.

I personally have been fucked by them.Bought one of there TOP GAS BOXES for my dragbike and never installed it for 2 years,took it out of the package and the build retard option was not working properly.No problem ,i know there is no waranty,i just want it fixed.Schnitz says send it in and for $150 they go over the whole thing.It comes back and something else is wrong with it now.I call them and they now say we don't work on them anymore ,you can buy a new PROSERIES2 box at $950 and then we'll take the $150 we charged you off that.I asked to talk to Dave Schnitz more than once about it and he wouldn't disscuss the mater with me.WHATEVER I GOT FUCKED and i go out of my way not to do business with them.

I have ordered from them three times and no problems yet. Had the horrible delay on my links but I did get them as promised when promised. Also had a good experience dealing with Doug at Spencer Cycle.

I really don't expect any resolution from this. They obviously feel it's ok to do business in this manner, and I can always get a tire somewhere else.

I said it once and I'll say it again. No problems with schnitz!!! Sounds like a serious misunderstanding. Dave is great. When I did have a problem with a set of RC wheels I bought from them, one of the hubs where messed up, they sent me another one. Free of charge. Next day with the promise I would send the old hub back. Thats service!! I hughly doubt they would intentionally fuck someone...

Vedddy Interrressstinggg........ One person who is respected, has a problem with another person (company) who is respected. The problem needs to be aired out. A perfect reason why this site should not be censored.
