Compression damping adjusters! Help!!
Right so what do you do if some muppet has destroyed the screwdriver slot in the adjuster at the bottom of the fork leg??
Is it a removable/replaceable part? Can't see it listed separately on the microfishy!
If it is removable i don't suppose someone has any in some old scrap legs??
Cheers

Right panic over
have freed them up but the next question is are they removable, i think the manual states 12 clicks usable if i continue to turn it i presume it will come out along with the detent ball and spring! And as in previous post if they are and someone has a spare set i'm willing to buy
Cheers

Had the same thing happen on my '00 12R, but I was the "muppet" and I only did it to one fork. Made a warranty claim stating the that the adjuster "locked" in the "full in" position". As far as I know, they are not and can only be replaced by getting a complete lower fork leg. I could be wrong, but that was my experience.
