Brake Fluid Question

Has anyone else tried this yet? Motul 5.1 Fluid
Dealer had it for little over $6.00 a bottle. Says it's compatible with DOT 3 & 4. Figured while I was switching brake lines I'd try something new and hopefully superior.

http://www.motul.com/uk/produits/index.html
Blurb from their website.

Dot 5.1 brake fluid

LONG LIFE 100% synthetic fluid for hydraulic actuated-brake and clutch systems.
DOT 5.1 NON-SILICONE BASE.
Fluidity specially designed for anti-locking brake systems.

LONG LIFE FORMULA : the high wet boiling point (185°c/365°F), superior to DOT 4 and DOT 3 fluids enables to use this product longer.
SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO ANTI-LOCKING BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) : its viscosity (820 centipoises at -40°c / -40°F) lower than DOT 4 and DOT 3 brake fluids, allows MOTUL BRAKE FLUID DOT 5.1 an easier fluid circulation in micro-valves of anti-locking systems.
PERFECTLY NEUTRAL WITH SEALS USED IN BRAKING SYSTEMS. ANTI-CORROSION.

Stupid

Well, this naming convention makes no sense!

I love 5.1 stuff. Its great. Only two brake fluids I'll use. Motul600 or the Bel-Ray 5.1

I think most manufacturers are too afraid to call thier stuff 5.1 Thus they call it 3 race.

Go look up the specs... 5.1 sounds great.

How do you rate brake fluid? It never gave me a problem. 5.1 seemed to last a bit longer then my Motul (I like to change Motul at least once a year if not twice).

Oh Yeah? Well I use mercury in my brakes. Totally uncompressable and not broken down by heat. In fact, it draws heat away from the brakes so fast they actually run 200 degrees cooler. And the extra couple of pounds up front helps keep the front end down. Of course if I wreck the whole area becomes a hazardous waste site and the road must be closed to pets and toddlers. Hey, there's always a down side.
