Dave O runs 219.94mph on his N/A Busa!!!!!
Very impressive.

The only thing I see as a problem is removing or bypassing the Speed limiters!

The works on a 1507cc, puts out around 250HP. To put it into perspective
most Nos and turbo bikes have not run that fast at any Land Speed Venue.

I think Entropy will let us know how fast his 1427
is this coming October at the Texas Mile. I think
a few other fellas with 1270's, 1375's, and 1394cc
ZX-12s will be showing up for Oct. 2006. Fastest
N/A 12 at the Texas Mile was in the low to mid 190's.
I think it was a 1361cc back in 2003. I do believe Maxton
has some higher N/A ZX-12's though.

Both my boys went 208+ at Maxton on a 1361 so I think Karl is fully capable of the same numbers.......Just gotta get small :-)
Good numbers for sure but a world away from DaveO, him and his bike are both outstanding.
I think Karl has a shot at the fastest n/a 12 anywhere.

Yeah, It would be cool to see that 1427 running 206-208mph for us ZX-12s at the Texas Mile.
Entropy, I should have my swingarm ready for ya in a month or two so you'll have time to figure up chain length and gearing. I do not know what you were thinking of running 17/43-44 or 18/44-45, with that extended rev limiter it might get ya close to what ya want. Ya might want to post and ask the big guns what they think as I am but a novice.

gary,
i'll be running 18/44 or maybe even 18/43; it'll depend on the tire i end up with. i have plenty of chains, brake line etc to go back to stock length.
you have 2 arms??? (one for Buddy and one for me??)

Yep I have two, yours is still on my bike. It's threaded for air if you need to use it.
Yep depends on the tire I hear most like the super corsa soft but for myself it does
not matter much. I'll just be running my street tire as it did not seem to break loose
much at all.

gary,
you are gonna run the mile, eh? then you need yr 2nd arm. But not to worry, gerard is sending me one so we are completely covered.
watch out for street tires with yr new built motor... it WILL slip, just a question of how much.

I actually have three arms and did not need the two stockers, but if ya end up needing one just let me know, its yours. I did not have much slip with the juice and my natural 260lb. ballest. I think I had around 230hp on the dyno. I'll probably spoon a new front and rear on for October, but I'll just be looking for 200mph. I'll probably run a few motor runs first though.
