That was DGVII, I only know that cause that's the folder is was in. I have a couple thousand pics of DG events. If I'm ever feeling down I just scroll through them and laugh my ass off.

Due to circumstances WAY beyond my control I can't make it next week.  Right now I am so pissed that I could choke-slam a MF. I literally found this out less than 2 minutes ago via a call from my boss. In the history of ALL the DG trips I have never left them hanging here at work, and I thought I was in good shape and had things in order. But corporate has other ideas and my boss has zero control over this. He's more pissed than I am because he knows what the trip means to me.
Chris, I will still pay my share of the cabin. No need in sticking you and Harry with the bill.

Yeah, I'm full of shit.  My boss did have brain fart and tried to persuade me to cancel, he's the one freaking out. I think the past month has really toasted him, and the aftermath of the storm damage is taxing the shit out of all us lowlifing bastards.
I laughed and told him it'd all be here when I got back.
In fact tomorrow will be my last day at work until May 15th.

Well, I made some progress last night. I got Lil' Red cleaned and detailed, and pack a few more things in the toolbox.
That damned bike looks awesome for a 6 year old piece of fuckin' junk Kawasaki.

You know when I went to the dealership to pick up my wheels yesterday they had their 1st ZX-14 sitting on the floor, black. It was very very nive for sure and comfortable. Although the seat is lowered a bit from the 12 so being as tall as I am I wasn't real happy about that. But in all honesty the 12 is a better looking bike. The 12 is just badass looking but the 14? I don't know it just doesn't do it for me.

Me either Chris, no offense to anyone that owns a 14 intended, but it looks fuckered to me. Even if I were in the market for a bike, the 14 wouldn't be it. If I just had to go and get a bike right now it'd be a GSXR K6, no doubt about it.
I'm still real content with my 6 year old 12R, and it has long since been paid for.
