get lowering links for the back, and then drop your tubes about 1" to 1.25" up front.

Blue,

Muzzy dog bones ( lowering links for the rear ) will drop the bike 1.5 or 2.5 inches and Schnitz sells a front fork lowering kit ( internal to the front forks ) that will lower the front 1.5 or 2.5 inches also. Beware if you move the forks down at a certain point they are tapered and may not hold sufficiently.

This is an alternative way to accomplish the same results.....it's safer in my opinion. I have done this to mine and love it!

Good Luck,

My way is the ultra inexpensive way. but I personally like the lowering kit, but if you move the forks down 1.25" they work perfectly fine. I have had my bike like that for 5 years... no problems...

With a lowering kit or lowering by way of moving the forks,Will this have any effect on being able to load the bike onto a trailer?I cannot get my bike on the trailer without releasing the strap and am wondering if lowering the forks will also hamper loading and unloading.
