How well does a Power Commander address heat

http://www.powercommander.com/featintro.shtml

"You installed the PC, you noticed a positive improvement and the most annoying problems like overheating, surging or pinging have been eliminated."

Anyone find they rode a cooler bike by installing a Power Commander? TY

Never had any cooling issues with the 12r. Nor with the 1375 so far. Still running the stock fan too.
We'll see when the summer gets here and it hits 90's...
