12R&HESITATION PROBLEMS? ANYBODY OUT THERE EXPERIENCE HESITATION PROBLEMS AND SPUTTERING FROM 1-4K.R.P.M.'S?MINE IS.PROBLEM JUST STARTED.FIST THING I WILL CHECK IS THE P.C111R, TO SEE IF IT IS WORKING PROPERLY. I SENT IT BACK TODAY .THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD HONORING WARRANTY WORK.IF MY BIKE IS PIPED AND THE P.C IS NOT WORKING THAT CAN CAUSE HESITATION AND SPUTTERING ON LOW R.P.M , THAT'S WHAT PHIL AT D.J SAID.OR IT CAN BE A CLOGGED FUEL INJECTOR THOUGH IT DOES IDLE FINE & RUN GOOD AFTER 3K.R.P.M'S.I ALSO TRIED GETTING THE F.I SYNC'D,THEY WERE OFF BUT IT DID NOT CURE THE HESITATION PROBLEM. BUT BOY DID THAT GIVE ME QUICKER THROTTLE RESPONCE AFTER 3K.AND I CAN'T EVEN GO INTO THOSE 1ST&2ND GEAR WHEELIES.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND GETTING THIS DONE IF YOU THINK IT'S OFF.
ANYBODY ELSE HAVE ANY OTHER IDEA'S ON WHAT ELSE TO CHECK ABOUT THE HESITATION AND SPUTTERING BELOW 1K ON TAKE-OFF.
I'M TIRED OF TACHING IT UP ON TAKEOFF,AND RUNNING BAD JUST CRUISIN IN TOWN.I HEARD SOME OF THESE 12'S DO HAVE A HESITATION PROBLEM,BUT SOME FRIENDS AND I WHO HAVE 12'S SWITCHED BIKES AND EVERYBODY AGREED I HAVE A PROBLEM.I SHOULD TAKE IT TO KAWI UNDER MY G.T.P.P..

We need a little more info....
do you have the pipe/ pc3? If so you should make sure that your TPS is in its stock/ factory setting, and then the TPS further adjusted correctly through the PC3.. if this is not done, the fuel table will not be mapped correctly to your bike.

WHAT'S THIS ABOUT CARBS?I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CARBS.i RE-EDITED TO ADD SOME MORE INPUT.I WOULD NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY 12 THAN GO BACK IN AND CORRECT IT NEVER.
I DO HAVE A FULL MUZZY AND P.C111R.T.PS. IS SET TO 1.085..

problem solved My p.c111r was bad after all.Got a call from d.j & a new one is on the way blue label.Great warranty from d.j. as long as the unit is broken from natural causes.A new one with "all the bugs taken care of from past problems with the p.c111r and 12r is going to make me a happy camper.
I knew the bike seemed to run crappy like it did with my exhaust on it before my p.c arrived.I wonder what "bugs" dynojet worked out with the p.c?They told me they had been having problems with some of the 12's with only the p.c.111r.
