Doesn't get any better. Just came in, 75 degrees, 175 mph, and chicks with tube tops.
Then venison burgers, water glass of Manhatten, and Salt and vinegar chips.
Life doesn't get any better.
Two glasses and it is only 7:05.

Arlo and I were born on the same day, could that be my only claim to fame ?
No, wait. I met Doug once.
Now, when you're going down a mountain road at 150 miles an hour you gotta be very careful, especially if you're playin'a guitar. Especially if that guitar is an acoustic guitar. Because if it's an acoustic guitar, the wind pressure is greater on the box side than on the neck side, because there's more guitar on the box side. I wasn't payin' attention .......

The Motorcycle Song - Arlo Guthrie - Everyone's favorite undead folk singer. (I was going to post the whole thing, but I thought I'd spare everyone)

Actually Doug I was just a wee child when someone, who rode a shinny Z-1 by the way, taught me that song.
Probably explains a lot about my life.
I spent my entire childhood thinking about him wheeling his Z1 whenever I'd see a pickle or even hear the word pickle. And after 20 years of hi speed therapy on 16 different bikes, most of them Kawis I still find myself humming that damn song in my head.

Ah, the memories..... How's this, at about the same time that Arlo was so elequently describing the folly of the draft physical "father rapers, mother rapers an' all kind o' criminal types, / Son, you're not QUALIFIED!" I was fondly looking at my Honda CL-77 (Webco 350 kit, Harmon & Collins cams....) as I left to "get on the bus" to experince that terriying process for my self. (Thanks to a letter from another Doc, I was bounced with a 1-y). And two years later I was tearing around on MY NEW '73 Z-1 (which I still have).
Thanks for bringing that up this morning.
