Homemade wheel/chain alignment tool!
I posted my version of the Muzzy tool for wheel alignment over on easyrider's forum. It seems to work pretty well, for about $9.00. Any thoughts or ideas on improving it?

Nice work, cheap solution.
Improvements? You could add a couple nuts, one jammed against the other near your moving pointer, as a reference point so that you can use your alignment tool to measure sag. The muzzy tool is graduated in mm, but if yr tool had locked reference point, all you'd need to do is whip out your calipers and measure it.

Great idea
I will have to add that. I also thought about cutting the 3 ft section into 3 parts, then reattaching them with couplers. Then, I could dig up an old tools pouch and everything would fit in it nicely for storage.
Thx, redelk, I should've looked there before posting.
