Problem with master cilinder

My brake master cilynder (nissin 119mm radial) just leaks very slow from the bleeder that is on top of the piston.

My brakes are ok, until I start braking hard, then they just start to fade, then I have to bleed them. I have to use them in #1, because the lever is very soft.
If I take off the caliper, and move the pads I feel that I have to bleed them.

Im thinking of a new master cilinder.

Recomendations?

Our Mastercylinder has a Bleeder? I need to look because I do not remember seeing one? I just remember releasing the bolt for the lines!

No...

I can see that the bleeder seat is damaged. I ordered a new one and another bleeder bolt (to see if it solves the problem and use that one on the other bike)
