Is Kawasaki really here?

In another post, Kawasaki have been written to be a sponsor. Does that mean that they visit the place and actually "listen" to us?? I have a suggestion for a bike I'm already in love with and that Kawasaki could build in half a second... Will they listen if I suggest or is it useless??

I am sure you could suggest it, write out a post describing the bike you want...I am sure the members of the board will put in their 2 cents worth...if enough people ask, KHI may look into it.....after all if we dont buy the bikes, they go out of buisness....

Oh they listen OK.. Someone at the top over at Kawasaki told the engineers to produce something more like the Busa since the sells were so great on it compared to the 12.

Just Look what we got with the 14!! It's BIG, It's Fat, It's Ugly!!!! Tell me they don't listen

Actually Kawasaki looks at most Kawasaki Boards and "Knows" what Problems , Likes and Dislikes we have. But knowing this still will not cause them to answer a person Begging for attention because if they answered 1, then they would have to answer ALL. The reason I know is I have called and told them about a problem and they stated that they have seen peiple talking about the problem or when I have called and they stated that they did not know about a problem I pointed them to several places where they could see first hand. and eventually got the problem resolved under warranty and sometimes after the Warranty!

Save for the stator oil leaking problem that they denied, then half assed tried to repair with the ridiculous "super glue" fix, and eventually rode the clock out until attrition or expired warranties "solved" their problem.

If you are reading this Kawasaki, not a good customer relations move on your part.
