00' ZX12R w/4.5K & extras value?
Considering selling. Out of work too long, going broke. Sniff...
So how much do you guys think this bike is worth? 4500 mi., never bailed, dropped. A few scrapes on bottom of fairing from running out of ground clearance w/having fun in the twisties. No Trackdays, no dragstip use (yet?), no burnouts, (only some mild 2nd/3rd gear wheelies occasionally) street only, backroads only, no commuting, no bouncing off the rev-limiter. Mostly "grunting" out of the corners. Over $16K+ invested...
Dymags (w/"updated" cush drive)
New Muzzy Steering Dampener
New Muzzy Clutch (still in box)
New Techlusion "Fuel Nanny" FI Enrichening device (still in box)
FSD Hugger
Helibars
Akrapovic
Billet m/c cap (says "ZX12R" in gold)
Pro Grips
ZG "Doublebubble"
Mobil-1 MXT4 5 times already...(TLC)
Have all stock parts (exhaust, etc.)

my past experience says all the extra bits dont do squat for increasing the value of a bike for private sale.. infact people tend to get the best dollar for their machine if it is in 100% pristine stock condition....
you might want to consider (other than the obvious.... KEEP YER BIKE!!) removing all those nice bits and selling them seperately and putting the stock crap back on...

Completely agree! I have been bitten too many times in the past leaving the cool stuff on. From what you have you should have no problem grossing well over 10k.

AND the first two words of the message is: "Considering" Selling?
I did get one answer (ZRXZX12R1) "From what you have you should have no problem grossing well over 10k." Thank you! That's the answer I was looking for...
Anyone else going to venture what the "package" would be worth?
I also forgot to mention the Muzzy Block-Off Plates. (not-installed)

Well EBD I would think I go at least 700 for a cherry Akro, that damper is at least 400, a set of Dymags 2K range, clutch another 3-400, heck I'll dive on the ZG for 50, hugger a hundred bucks, helibars at least 150, cherry STOCK ZX-12 for 8k OBO(let it go for like 7-7.5k and they feel like they're rapin ya :-D ). So you would total out in 11K range. Maybe more, big factor is Dymag price.
