How do you tell the difference between the 3 and the 3r?

the 3r is 83204-311. I think the 3 is -211

The DynoJet Site lists the "211" for both the 3 and 3R. for the ZX12. Most of the other models have "211" for the 3 and "311" for the 3R.

The power commander i recieved only has the one large connector(split into two)and the main power you connect to the rear tail light connecter.On the gsxr 1000 i did it came with one more connecter for the timing.I the timing for the 12 all built into the large connecter??

The PCIII and the PCIIIr both have similar connectors. Thare have been several discussions on this topic and a k&n power commander is exactly like a dynojet power commander.

Hey cowboy !if you want to test if its really
a r put a map with a lot of retard timing so it
wont hurt the engine and see if the motor run the
same ,it should cut some pep less agressive!

Thanks guys,i feal a bit better.I don't even have it on the bike yet but i'll hook power up to it and see if it will take timing in the next couple days.
