WHat should the full tank pressure read on a psi gauge?!

The "big" bottle as used on the 12 should read about 900 psi (at "room" temp). This is the result of filling with
1 lb. of CO2.
The "small" bottle as used on the 'Busa kit will show 900 psi with 7 OZ of CO2.

What is the low "psi" that the air shifter works at?! OR at what LOW psi should I recharge my bottle?!?! I am adding a pressure gauge to the system, so i know when to recharge before "missing" a shift!

I have installed a psi gauge in the line between the regulator and the electronic release valve. It doesn't read any pressure and i just had the bottle charge?! there is pressure in the line and it does cause the bike to shift but it seems real "slow" when it shifts?!
What is the time range when setting the delay for the shift?! What is the shortest delay and what is the longest?!

I am going to switch the gauges as I realized that post-regulator pressure was below 100psi and my gauge was not sensitive enough! What is the post regulator pressure supposed to be?!

Ra12,

The pressure between the regulator and the solenoid is regulated pressure. Your gauge will only show about 140-160 lbs. at that point. You still won't know how much is in the bottle since that gauge won't begin to drop until the regulated pressure is higher than the bottle pressure. If you want to know how much is in the bottle you need a 1500 pound gauge between the bottle and the regulator. The preferred method is to shut off the bottle, remove it and put such a gauge (with the necessary -4 AN fitting on it) on the bottle, turn it on and read the pressure.

Remember a full bottle is good for about 800 to 1000 shifts. This would be a minimum of 160 passes or runs through the gears. It should be fairly easy to estimate when the bottle will be getting low.

The minimum delay is 500 milleseconds.

I had to refill the bottle at the SEMDRA race...

If you weigh the bottle before and after the refill THAT will tell you how much liquid is in the bottle...
I could tell (it was obvious to me) that the bottle was light when I took it off to fill it at the track...
I am also going to install the higher pressure guage before the regulator though
