billet covers

Im thinking that since the bike cannot use frame protectors, to use billet covers on the stator side.

Im worried because I think that since those covers are so hard it can brake the engine case in case of a fall.

What is your experience?

Thanks

I had a "Low Side" at AMP out here in AZ back in Summer of 03'. The Schnitz Cover did so well that all I had to do was to sand, polish and buff the cover where it beveled. I hardly got a noticeable set of scratches on the lower too boot!

The cover will save you from bending a crank!

As far aas case covers I woudl like to have a set for my ZX10 if anyone know where I cand find a nice set reasonably priced.
