billet covers
Im thinking that since the bike cannot use frame protectors, to use billet covers on the stator side.
Im worried because I think that since those covers are so hard it can brake the engine case in case of a fall.
What is your experience?
Thanks

I had a "Low Side" at AMP out here in AZ back in Summer of 03'. The Schnitz Cover did so well that all I had to do was to sand, polish and buff the cover where it beveled. I hardly got a noticeable set of scratches on the lower too boot!
The cover will save you from bending a crank!

Actually, http://www.whaccessories.com have frame sliders for the ZX12R. I have a set on my 2000 model. Wish I knew how to post a pictures, but I haven't and hopefully wont have to test them. Kinda pricy, but it's nice to have them just in case. Aloha, Victor

Crashtech found some nice sliders that look like they are rugged and would help incase of a lowside.....not sure where he got them, but they look good and sturdy.....maybe he can post a few pics....
As far aas case covers I woudl like to have a set for my ZX10 if anyone know where I cand find a nice set reasonably priced.
