lobe center lines
If I am correct 105.5/100 lobe centers are the best for top end speed. The question is how much h.p. if any will I lose in the midrange with this set up?

How much compared to what other centerline? You'll probably gain.

I would be amazed if you could see the difference of 105/100 vs 105/103. During the time you took to make the change, the motor temp, air quality could change hp more than those 3 degrees, just my opinion.
