Speed Channel Rocks ! The coverage of the motorcycle racing this weekend was great, more that any other year. And for those who have been doubting their direction, this was flying over the speedway today.

Not just yet, they don't... Yes, they had pretty good coverage of Daytona, and banished (for today) Nascar to fox, at least for a while. They still have a long way to go for full atonement.
Besides, with DaveInDaytona, who needs them?
What kind of camera are you using, Dave?

There are a lot of people that will bitch in a second to say something is wrong but won't say a word if something is done right. I'm glad that things looked so right this weekend and I sent them a note to say thanks and keep up the good work. I also was one that sent a note to say don't let things go wrong. I'm thinking that along with the 1000's of other messages they got helped.
The onboard bike cameras were cool, all the races covered, much more than any year before. And from looking at the schedule it looks like they will be covering more in the future. If you liked it take a second and send a note to say you liked it and don't wait until they threaten to pull the plug again to start complaining. viewermail@speedtv.com
I have a 3.3 megapixel with a 340MB hard drive. These little web shots don't do it justice. Last year I took over 400 photos but I wasn't recovering from a crash then so I was able to walk better so I got around more. Glad you liked the shots.

Maybe Motorcyclists won't be so bad off. They did have good coverage of daytona.

...we don't get Speed Channel here unless you pay about $60 a month for digital cable, or get Direct TV (which comes w/Speed Channel.)
The local Fox affiliate ran infomercials ALL DAY. No Daytona, no CART, nothing but crap.
I give up, getting Direct TV...

EBD! Before you make a purchase, check out Dish Network as well...Feature for feature, I think Dish has direct tv beat...
