Not to be harsh but:
To those asking business questions in this thread I might humbly suggest that those questions fall under the
NunYo category of business information. With maybe the added stipulation of
F&%king to be included too.
Nun Yo F&%king Bidness would be how the folder reads.
Unless of course you happen to be one of the principals and have money invested in the site, then accept my apologies. My guess is a good portion of people here haven't even bought a t-shirt or damn ski cap yet! Let alone be in the right on questioning a guy or guys who have run a site like this at what must be a substantial loss for quite some time.
Saving people like us tons of time and money in the process of losing theirs. All in the name of fellowship among riders.
i would have to excuse those guys tossing the devils salad, let alone a privacy agreement with KMC. Besides who else you gonna trust? Your local KMC Dealer?

Anyhow, if I might offer a guess, at the very least to be accredited to be on the list to receive press releases besides those "for immediate release," such an agreement would be required.

zxfingrz, that last post is a little "edgy" for something as simple as I ask about some dudes with a chat room.........eh?!
If they do, then we all understand and probably support their ability to stay in compliance.
If not, then this is just another bid to control the members, like when 9/11 happened with the mandatory life history requirements. That was TOP SECRET.................

Egos are really something, they cause self deception on a grand scale.
