RETRACTION: Closer examination with photo-editing and a differing method (still tire-based) now eliminates confidence in previous wheelbase estimate, and further, contradicts it.
I am going to do it a third time, this time based on rim size, and get a better answer.
OK, working with the rims which is far better as rims should be constant, I get 2.7" greater wheelbase for the bike in the locked thread vs the ZX-12R. In other words, approximately 59.8" but this could easily be wrong by say half an inch.
The reason for the previous apparent contradiction was that if the rims are the same size, the front tires are NOT the same size between the two bikes. The bike in the locked thread has a slightly larger (greater diameter) front tire.

I could do that in Autocad if wheel base is that important....

What does it matter if it's a long tird or a short piece of poop? It still stinks and has no place at my house.

Assuming this pic is permissible to be posted, here's an overlay, albeit a little confusing because overlays of this sort are always hard to read, of the bike in the locked thread vs the ZX-12R.
The scaling assumes that the front rims are the exact same size, so the 12R was made to be exactly that image size.
The resulting 12R front tire is smaller than the locked bike's front tire, hence the 12R's axle sits a little lower in the pic.
In the first pic, the 12R is the more ghostly of the bikes. In the second pic, the locked bike is. The red dot represents my best reading (hard to tell for sure) where the peg is on the locked bike.

The lower pic was with axle-centered heights rather than ground-level centered. So that was confusing, since the top pic is ground-level centered.
I've redone it, now it is correct.

BTW, how do you get your computer to stop using old copies it has of pictures?
E.g., even though xs.to has the corrected version of that second pic, it shows up on my computer as the old version, because my computer thinks it's so damned smart, it already knows what that pic is supposed to look like and therefore doesn't actually go retrieve it.
Clearing the Tempory Internet files doesn't fix it either.
In fact, I have to assume that others who ever downloaded the first version, may be stuck with it for a long time rather than getting the updated version, unless I change the file name.
Actually I will go do that, change the name, but this is stupid... anyhow, how do I get my computer to stop using cached versions? Thanks!

Trenace - I don't know what pictures you're posting but they're not coming through on my end...
But, I have to say, around these guys I'm sure glad you didn't use the words "pooh poohed" and "rim size" in the same paragraph.
Carry on.

Really? Is anyone else not seeing them? Xs.to has generally worked before as a host. ???
I'll see if I can find a backup host.

The red dot shows where the peg is on the locked bike, or at least my estimate of it.
Aughtsix, I tried Image Station as it was recommended on this site's FAQ as a host.. but it is giving me some business of refusing to show the original pic, that only Premium Members can do that, and I know that when others have put their stuff up with Image Station there have often been problems, so I gave up.
Anyhow, my final conclusion is that the locked bike is clearly a ZZR-type bike, not a ZX-type. At least in terms of what it actually is, rather than having info myself on the name. The wheelbase, seating, and ZZR-1200-type bar position, as well as the overall styling cues all speak to that. This is a pretty big horse, I would say not designed to dice it with the 600's, but for very competent sport touring and everyday riding. Whether it will be King of the Strip is pure speculation, as the pic gives no clue to hp. The lightweight wheels, wave rotors, and sporty profile to the windscreen do suggest it's intended for high-end handling for that wheelbase category -- in other words it may be intended to well outhandle the present ZZR, but from the wheelbase one wouldn't expect it to match the ZX-12R in that regard unless it's far lighter than one would guess.

Crude, crude chop depicting 4 into 1.... the eye should skip over the affected rear wheel area... man, look how wide this fairing is. While it may well have the muscle for 180 or better, it's hard to believe (and perhaps should not be believed) that this was ever intended to win a top-speed war -- she's a big bitch (and I mean that in a good way):
