injector wires

On each set of wires that go to the injectors,I have 4 green wires that were spliced in but cut at the splice.What were these for?They were on the bk/or,bk/rd,bk,bk/gr wires.I'm not to good about reading schematics.

i would think a kill delay box for either a electric or air shifter. on my 2000 12r they were red .
