Me dont like dealing with Hans...
Dang this Hans guy is a HARD person to get a hold of. I spoke to him on the phone and he said he would have it shipped out in less than 2 weeks so I could have it well in time before Laguna...he said he would charge my card that same night.
Then two weeks later, his wife calls me and tells me that the card's billing address does not match the shipping address so they cant use it grrr...I said I'll have to call back after I change the address with the bank. They wont ship it to a PO Box, only a physical address so I give in.
So I call Hans back up and give him a new card number and say run it right now and get that shipped out and he said it would go out first thing in the morning. That was a few days ago, and still no charge on my account. I have called that blasted number I dont know how many countless times and no one picks up, left a message and no one calls back.
Everyone talks about the product quality, and while that may be true, no one talks about the customer service quality. This is absurd!
He acted like it was a big hassle to take my order over the phone, but when I tell him the Order button on his website doesnt work he then goes with it. He wants to charge more than what is listed online, and says it needs to be changed. Then change it...grrr
This entire experience is turning into a nightmare...I havent given up yet, but I'm damn close!

Remember , For Hans this is just a little side gig {CF 12 parts} not his main source of business.. yeah he is a pain to deal wif sometimes but he makes a pretty good product...

Hans , the man, the myth.................
Hans' products are nice, and I am glad I spent the $$$$ to get the pieces I've got. But you aren't alone in thinking that his customer service sucks. It's downright pathetic IMHO. He charged my CC weeks before he even shipped out my ram air covers and tank tray. I could never get in touch with the guy to find out what was going on, and was on the verge of telling Citibank to deny payment when the package arrived. Unacceptable if you ask me, but I thought it might have been an isolated incident.
THEN when I decided I wanted to order his hugger, which looks better than any I've seen on the 12R, I took a leap of faith and hoped that transaction would go better. It didn't, and he charged me more than what we agreed on, took forever to get, and came with absolutely no billing info or anything. (my other stuff came with no billing info as well) I will not do business with him in the future, no matter how nice his stuff is. Hans definitely produces some great looking items, but he needs to bring his customer service up to par.

tell us how u really feel mark...
i delt with him once and yes i waited about 3 weeks b4 i got my product... but i also you another 12 rider that lives about 1/2 hour away from him...
