rod bearing thickness: black - blue - white
Nevermind, I found it in the manual. The spec if the same for ZRX and ZX12, but colors are different.
for ZRX:
black: 1.475 - 1.480mm
blue: 1.480 - 1.485mm
white: 1.485 - 1.490mm
for ZX:
brown: 1.475 - 1.480mm
black: 1.480 - 1.485mm
blue: 1.485 - 1.490mm
I wonder if they are the same width - can be interchanged.

crank shaft main bearing thickness
brown 1.490-1.494mm (0.05866- 0.05882 in)
black 1.494-1.498mm (0.05882- 0.05898in)
blue 1.498-1.502mm (0.05898- 0.05913in)
for 2000 zx12, ref service manual 1st edition mar 2000.
Some thing may have changed.. Which manual do you have and what year?
If you are using carrillo rods you must use 2000 bearings.

Good to know, thanks Ken. Somehow Falicon blueprinted my crank on the small side, and after reconditioning the rods to Carrillo specs, I had .0045" clearance with black bearings. Instead of trying to get close with white bearings I ended up having the rods tightened up a little. I hope to have them back tomorrow and maybe I'll get to the track this weekend.

Carrillo will recon your rods($80 each!!!), but I brought mine to a local machine shop that does good work. They pull the cap and clip a couple thou off, then machine the bore to spec.
