Guys tell me what you had to do to get a 2000 motor to run perfect in a 2002/03/04 frame???

I was talking about just the crank. Not the whole motor.

You would have to change the motor mounts at the very least. 00-01 are different from 02-04. Not sure what else would need to be changed.

it has to do with the head and cam-timing sensors. if you change those out, you should be fine. swap heads=motor mounts and sensor changed. I believe that will work.

It's easy to go the other way, 'cause you can drill and tap the B model head to accept the A engine mount, but the A doesn't have the bosses for the B mounts. You'd need an A head to fit an A frame. Once you had that you could use the B cams and the B ECU without the cam sensor- I think. :-)
