2000 boots and 2001+ boots

Does anyone know the diference in power in a 2000 model of the 2001+ boots, the part number is diferent. And I supose that they are ment to increase the port vel for more power and leave the ECU with the top speed restriction.

What do you think?

Betwen the FI (TB) and the head.
a zx12r owner from the UK refered to me a old post from org. and he told me that felt the mid-range better.
Another thing, the idle of the bike increased after the 2001+ boots.
