just looked on NOS's site and saw their biggest one draws 30 amps.If you went one step down, that solenoid only draws 10 amps and your still within your horsepower range.why the monster solenoid?

Now you know why I am going to get an "NOS" Solenoid! The one "WE" are talking about is an "NX" Brand 250 hp Power Flow Part number NX 15200 If I had known that the NX took 4 times as much as the NOS, I would not have bought the NX. Since the basic System for the Motorcycle was NX, who would think that the next size larger would take "FOUR" (4) times the amount of fuel?? I did not, you did not. This is a case of live and learn and I have already sold this on e-bay.

It just doesn't need to be this difficult, I would offer a suggestion but I know you're already too far down the rabbit hole to think about turning back.

Bergie! U Da Man! Remember, I aint Scared! I also enjoy the chase because when it is over, all anyone can say, "He did it his way"!! So far, the only thing that did not work out to my satisfaction was my Big Horn Road Racer (F9R that I got most of the Bike from Bob Hansen that Art Bauman rode for Kawasaki). It did qualify and run the entire lightweight 100 Mile Race at Daytona and was the only Kawasaki to finish that day but I was in the back of the Pack in 40 th something place. Geared with a 25 tooth Harley countershaft sprocket at the rear and a 16 tooth front sprocket that I had to notch the clutch pushrod to clear the chain and ran a 44 MM Carb hung out the side! The entire bike was at 215 pounds (Not much more than what I weighed So as you can see, I have no fear of being different! (OH, I am already different than everyone I race already, so why not be "MORE" different

Sunday was a Warm day 50 to 60 degrees. SO with my electric Heat gun and the Bottle hanging on a scale, I measured the amount of weight removed in 10 seconds. It is really hard to be perfect on the timing. But, agter 3 test, all starting at 900 PSI and after purging the system, I averaged about 1.25 pounds. 150 HP takes 1.2 lbs in 10 seconds. So not that the NOS Flow is OK, I will finish the mounting of the Bypass regulator and be ready to put it on the Dyno. Everything should work out this time, but I do have a new problem !!

The First Maxtons are the first and last week of April. I will be in Daytona the first week of March and deposing an expert the last week of April. ALso I have to go to Houston TX to depose one of their experts sometime between Now and the End of April. So I will not be at Maxton in April, there is just no time Hopefully the trial will be over before the end of the week on the 27th of May and maybe I could go to Maxton then but it looks like JUNE 05 for me! Boo Hoo

I forgot to add this It takes 0.8 pounds of NOS flowing in 10 seconds to make 100 HP It takes 1.2 Pounds of NOS Flowing in 10 seconds to make 150 HP (I do not remember what the rate was for 50 HP but I now have his information) I hope that this can help someone also.

Dam Little Actually all of the Bypass is Netween the Frame and the Throttle bodies and sticks out a little on the right side with a hise going up to the Frame where it attaches to the Fuel solenoid. Good one, I am still smiling!!
